Terms and conditions
Room rates include 10% VAT.
Reception hours are limited, so check-in must be between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM; check-out outside these hours must be notified in advance. Check-out must also be no later than 12:00 PM.
All guests over the age of 14 staying at the hotel must provide their ID upon check-in.
RULES:
- No smoking in any area of the hotel (including rooms and hallways).
- Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Check-in after this time may incur additional charges.
- No illegal substances or weapons in the rooms.
- Prostitution is prohibited.
- No running, jumping, or making noise in the stairs, hallways, elevators, and common areas.
- Guests will not be admitted if they appear intoxicated or under the influence of psychoactive substances.
- Bad behavior, shouting, hitting, or parties are prohibited.
- Keep noise levels low, especially at night.
- Do not run, jump, or make noise in the stairs, hallways, elevators, or common areas.
- Single rooms are limited to one person, and double rooms are limited to two. Any more than this must be authorized by reception staff.
- Any damage to property or items contained therein is the guest’s responsibility and must be paid for, replaced, or repaired.
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate expulsion from the hotel, without monetary compensation.
